KABUL (TOLOnews): The Ministry of Justice said that to return the lands seized from Hindu and Sikh Afghans has been started the country.

Barkatullah Rasooli, the spokesperson for the Ministry of Justice, said that the Commission for the Prevention of Land Seizure has directed its delegations in provinces to identify the lands of Hindus and Sikhs to better investigate the matter.

“The Commission for the Prevention of Land Seizure has instructed provincial technical committees to thoroughly investigate the seized lands of Hindus in the provinces to prevent land seizure and return the seized lands to their rightful owners.” Said Rasooli.

In the meantime, the India’s Ministry of External Affairs has welcomed the decision of the interim government of Afghanistan, calling it a positive step.

Experts in legal and political issues also believe that the interim government should liberate all the lands of Hindus and Sikhs from usurpers and return them to them. “The leader of the Islamic Emirate must issue a decisive order as soon as possible so that all the lands that have been seized are returned to our Hindu and Sikh brothers.” said Hamidullah Hotak, a political analyst.
