Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff’s War earns more than Rs 130 crores in 4 days
ISLAMABAD: Action entertainer War starring Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff in the lead has already created a storm at the box-office.
The Siddharth Anand directorial brings together the duo for the first time on the big screen and if the latest reports are anything to go by, makers are even considering turning it into a franchise going by its great numbers. After becoming the highest grosser of Hrithik and Tiger’s careers, War has now managed to collect Rs 124 crore in 4 days at the box-office.
Speaking of film’s box-office collections, War opened by earning Rs 51.60 crore on day 1, followed by Rs 22.50 crore on day 2, further taking the third-day collections to Rs 21.30 crore and finally minting Rs 28 crore (approx) on Saturday (day 4) taking its total collection to Rs 124 crore (approx). These are the collections only for the Hindi version. Including Tamil and Telugu, the film has made more than Rs. 130 crores.
Interestingly, War is YRF’s fifth film to enter the Rs 100-crore club within three days of its release. The film also stars Vaani Kapoor in an important role. Overwhelmed with the response, Hrithik and Tiger recently celebrated the box-office success of the film.
