MUMBAI: Hrithik Roshan and Mrunal Thakur’s latest release Super 30 had a good first weekend at the box-office. Directed by Vikas Bahl, the film revolves around the life of mathematician Anand Kumar.
He is known to have taught several underprivileged students to crack the toughest entrance examination of the country. Hrithik immersed himself in the character and the audience loves the result. On its first day at the box-office last Friday the film earned Rs 11.83 crore followed by Rs 18.19 crore on Saturday and Rs 20.74 crore on Sunday. The film managed to pass the Monday test as well by earning a fair amount at the box-office.
The film earned Rs 6.92 crore on Monday making the total Rs 57.68 crore. The film is eyeing crossing the Rs 75 croremark at the box-office during its first week. Keep watching this space for more box-office updates.
