ICCI delegation visits Naval Headquarters, Islamabad

ISLAMABAD: A delegation comprising senior members of the Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICCI) visited Naval Headquarters in Islamabad on Tuesday.

According to Pakistan Navy’s spokesperson, President Chamber of Commerce Mohammed Ahmed met with Chief of the Naval Staff.

Matters pertaining to Maritime cooperation to promote economic activities were discussed.

The delegation head praised the role of the Pakistan Navy in the protection of maritime trade corridors.

Visiting members were briefed about the need to further expand the local defense industry.

The purpose of the visit was to promote harmony between the business community and the maritime sector.
