Imam-e-Kaaba calls on CM Usman Buzdar

LAHORE: Imam-e-Kaaba Dr Abdullah Awad Al Juhany on Wednesday called on Punjab Chief Minister Usman Buzdar at Chief Minister Office in Lahore.

Imam-e-Kaaba was accorded warm welcome by Buzdar upon his arrival at the CM House.

During the meeting matters related to mutual interest, Pakistan and Saudi Arabia relations and challenges being faced by Ummah were discussed.

Talking to him, the Chief Minister said that Pakistan and Saudi Arabia enjoy historical brotherly relations.

Imam-e-Kaaba while praying for the unity of Muslim Ummah, progress, prosperity of Pakistan and Saudi Arabia, thanked Pakistani government and its people for overwhelming welcome to him.

“Leaving to Saudi Arabia along with memorable moments in Pakistan”, Dr Abdullah continued.

Later, Imam-e-Kaaba Dr Abdullah Awad Al Juhany and his delegation left for the Lahore airport to fly back to the Saudi Arabia.

Punjab Minister Auqaf and Religious Affairs Syed Saeed-ul-Hassan Shah seen off the visiting delegation.

Imam-e-Kaaba during his recent visit to Pakistan held meetings with President Dr Arif Alvi, Chief of the Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa, Speaker Punjab Assembly, Chaudhry Pervez Illahi and other personalities.

Matter related to strengthening the bilateral bond between the two Islamic brotherly countries were discussed.
