KABUL (Agencies): Acting Energy and Water, Minister, in a meeting with the ambassador of Turkmenistan, vowed to start tripartite talks between Turkmenistan, Afghanistan, and Pakistan on the construction of the TAP project.
Acting Energy and Water Minister, Mullah Abdul Latif Mansoor, met with Hoja Ovezov the ambassador of Turkmenistan to Afghanistan, and Mullah Mohammad Hanif Hamza, the head of Da Afghan Breshna Sherkat discussed the construction of the TAP and substation projects of Noor-ul Jihad Herat.
The two sides, stressed joint cooperation to accelerate TAP project plan, and pledged to hold a tripartite meeting to start the work of the TAP project.
