MUZAFFARGAR: Chief Minister of Punjab (CM) Shehbaz Sharif on Thursday said that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chief Imran Khan has not responded to court summons and legal notices.
Addressing a ceremony in Muzaffargarh, Shehbaz Sharif said Imran Khan hurled baseless allegation against him of offering money to stay silent on Panama Leaks case, adding that he sent him notices but PTI chief didn’t bother to respond.
He challenged Imran Khan to prove his accusation instead of maligning Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leadership in the rallies.
The CM has also laid foundation stone of two-way road from Muzaffargarh to Dera Ghazi Khan.
On the other hand, Shehbaz Sharif is expected to leave for London on September 23 as ex-prime minister Nawaz Sharif has summoned him over former Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar issue.
