ISLAMABAD: Adviser to the Prime Minister on Political and Public Relations, History and Cultural Heritage, Engineer Amir Muqam, has said that Imran Khan’s plot to make Pakistan the next Sri Lanka has failed, now the countries will also fail the plot to start a civil war.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s plan of 10 thousand megawatts of solar energy will end the shortage of electricity in the country and will lead to cheaper electricity. He expressed these views while addressing a meeting on the occasion of his visit to WAPDA House Peshawar, meeting DG NADRA Sohail Jahangir and in an engagement with a group of journalists. When Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif took over the government, the economy was in ruins while the country’s energy sector was suffering from worst conditions. He said that Imran Khan’s corrupt government committed billions of rupees of scams in LPG, doubled the electricity circular debt. Despite increasing the electricity prices by many folds, the circular debt was also doubled.
The circular debt of the gas sector was also imposed on the nation. He said that the present government has done an exemplary job to clear the mess of four years in six months. He said that the present government has worked at a record speed to restore the power sector. He said that restoration of economy, improvement of all sectors including energy, relief of people from inflation is our first priority.
He said that Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has given a special task to solve the problems faced by the people in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa have been suffering at the hands of the corrupt PTI government for 9 years. They are running the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province like a BRT bus.
Meanwhile, in a meeting with DG Nadra, Engineer Amir Muqam discussed the issuance of ID card and passport to the people.
He appreciated the efforts made by NADRA to provide facilities to the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and directed to speed up the process. Later, while talking informally to a group of journalists, Engineer Amir Muqam said that Imran Khan’s narratives of American conspiracy, one crore jobs and five million houses also turned out to be a lie. Shallow accusations and running away has become the hallmark of Imran Khan Niazi. He said that Imran Khan came to Islamabad and Hakeem Rana Sanaullah has prepared his medicine. To a question, he said that Imran Khan was not shot, but he is firing bullets at the nation.
