Imran has no concern for KP uplift: Yasmeen

SWABI: Dr Yasmeen, former MPA and Dr Muhammad Jaseem, former district president of Malgary Doctoran said on Saturday that Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan demand that the next Senate Chairman should either from Baluchistan and deputy Chairman from Tribal region has negated his tall claim that he had given great importance to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa where his party ruling.

At a gathering at their residence they told media that despite the high claim of the PTI leadership it has made clear that the PTI leadership agenda was quite different from what they had told to people.

“The entire process of PTI leaders was based on hollow slogans and misleading the people. The change slogan was proved hollow. The Peshawar Metro caused pushing people into more trouble. There are similar other various examples,” said Dr Yasmeen.

The big advantage was that the people now knew the tactics adopted by PTI leaders and they could not no longer decisive them like the election 2013, she said.

“We have decided to run a campaign to educate people about PTI wrong policies, wrong priorities and misleading the voters,” she said. The Pakhtuns had voted Mr Imran to power but in return they have been vic6timizerd, she said, adding that the next senate chairman should be from KP, she said.

Dr Jaseem said that this was the time for Pakhtun to awaken and knew that where they stand and what kind of treatment given to them by the ruling party leaders. “There is dire need of unity among Pakhtuns because they lagged behind in numerous fields,” he said.
