Imran rejects alliance with Zardari-led PPP

ISLAMABAD: Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), Imran Khan has said that in the presence of Asif Zardari, it is not possible any political alliance with the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP).

This he said while appearing before the anti-terrorism court (ATC) on Monday. Imran Khan rejected any possibility of political alliance with the PPP under the Zardari leadership.

He said that he is struggling against the end of corruption in the country not getting power in the country then how it is possible for PTI to join hands with the leader of corruption.

Regarding the Model Town incident, Imran Khan added that it is not jusitified that police open firing on the innocent and unarmed protestors of the Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) and killed 14 people through police.

He claimed that PML-N filed cases against him Election Commission of Pakistan, Supreme Court and in ATC with the aim to silence my voice against their corruption but they will be failed.
