Imran’s disqualification case: SC to resume hearing from 12 September

ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court of Pakistan will resume hearing disqualification case against PTI Chief Imran from September 12.

PML-N Leader Hanif Abbasi filed a petition in the SC in August seeking disqualification of Imran Khan.  The apex court adjourned the case till September with the specific date given as PML-N lawyers Akhram was to travel to perform Hajj.

Similarly, Justice Faisal Arab was on leave and Chief Justice of SC Justice Saqib Nisar had to travel to Quetta.
