India promoting terrorism in Balochistan by using Afghan land: Ahsan Iqbal

ISLAMABAD: Federal Interior Minister, Ahsan Iqbal has said that India is using Afghan soil for terrorism in Balochistan and other part of the country and trying to promote sectarian violence in the country.

Iqbal said while speaking to journalists on Thursday. He said that the basic aim of Indian to destabilize Pakistan and sabotage the mega development China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC). However Pakistan will counter these challenges and ready to take up the issue and maintain the law and order situation in the country.

Regarding the demands of early election of Imran Khan, Ahsan Iqbal said that PTI only wanted to sop the senate elections as they know that they will not win and will not be able to elect his candidates.

The interior minister reiterated that the government will complete its term. He added that every Pakistani believes that the country is on the path of progress. He claimed that every Pakistani knew that Pakistan is on the right track and moving on the road of development but unfortunately some political forces trying to create disappointment in the country.
