Samantha Ruth Prabhu, who is gearing up for her upcoming film Shaakuntalam’s release, won social media with her response to a fan’s request to date someone.

The fan requested her to look for a partner via a Twitter post. The South Indian actress’ admirer wrote, “I know it’s not my place to say but plz Date someone.”

The actor replied that she would date that person who would love her just like the fan.

It is pertinent to mention that Samantha Ruth Prabhu married South Indian actor Naga Chaitanya in 2017. They parted ways after four years.

Samantha Ruth Prabhu, in an episode of Indian director Karan Johar’s talk show ‘Koffee with Karan’, revealed that her divorce made her stronger.

“It has been hard. But it’s good now. It’s fine. I am stronger than I have ever been,” she said. She went on to say that there is discord between them but their relationship may change after few a years.
