DUBAI: The former champion of Pakistan Super League (PSL) and top of the points table, Islamabad United and Karachi Kings will each other in the playoff of the third edition of PSL at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium tonight on Sunday.
The winner of tonight’s game will cement its place in the final of the tournament which is scheduled to be held in Karachi on March 25. The losing team will play the winner of Peshawar Zalmi vs Quetta Gladiators eliminator game in Lahore, in one more shot at a berth in the final.
Islamabad United, who top the points table this season after winning seven out of 10 matches in the third edition of PSL.
Karachi Kings, at second position, have won 5 and lost 4 matches.
