Italy to miss the FIFA World Cup for first time in 60 years

ROME: For the first time in the last 60 years Italy was failed to qualify for the FIFA World Cup after it draw the match at home against Sweden, who cemented a place at next year’s tournament.

Italy, the four times champions who had not missed the World Cup since 1958, the Italian players attacked the visitors and enjoyed 75% possession of the ball but unfortunately could not find a chance to score a goal and play in the FIFA World Cup
