PESHAWAR: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Minister for Finance, Taimur Saleem Jhagra Wednesday said that required funds for the computerization of land record would be provided to Revenue Department. He said that the computerization of all land record would help resolve the problems of the people.
He expressed these views while presiding over an Annual Development Programme (ADP) review meeting of the Board of Revenue (BoR) here.
KP Minister for Revenue, Shakeel Ahmad, Special Assistant to KP CM on IT, Kamran Bangash and senior officials of the concerned departments were also present on the occasion.
During the meeting, Special Assistant to KP CM on IT, Kamran Bangash assured all possible technical support in the land record computerization to make land record paperless, which was the need of the hour.
The Provincial Minister for Revenue, Shakeel Ahmad Khan said that initially, the process of land computerization would be started in seven districts of the province, which would be later extended to the remaining districts of the province.
