PESHAWAR: Peshawar High Court has granted Bail before Arrest (BBA) to President Supreme Court Bar Association Abdul Latif Advocate who was nominated in murder of Anti-terrorism Court (ATC) Judge Aftab Afridi who was killed on Sunday along with three other family members at Swabi district.
The single bench of PHC comprising of Justice Lal Jan Khattak granted BBA to Abdul Latif Afridi Advocate.
The SCBA president was nominated in murder case of ATC’s judge Aftab Afridi who was killed on Sunday while returning to Swat for his duty at motorway interchange.
