JUI-F chief says Imran Khan’s fate would be worse than Ashraf Ghani’s

F.P. Report

ISLAMABAD: JUI-F chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman has declared that Imran Khan’s fate would be worse than the former Afghan president Ashraf Ghani’s.

Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman Thursday blamed Prime Minister Imran Khan for receiving foreign funding from Israel and India.

Addressing a press conference in Islamabad, the JUI-F chief lambasted the prime minister and said: “The foreign hand is behind you. You came to power through the foreign hand even though you do not have the ability to rule.”

“Your face has been laid bare. Don’t threaten us. We are not wearing bangles in our hands,” Fazl said to the premier.

“You have never faced us. Did you see the fate of Ashraf Ghani in Afghanistan? Yours will be worse,” he added.

“We are political people. Politics is not done through accusations. If you want to compete with my character, come to the field. We fought with the dictators. Of what status are you then?” he said to the premier.

Fazl also said that Imran Khan was habitual of using filthy language. “Don’t we know of what character is Imran Khan? From Los Angeles to D Chowk, he has a stinky character,” he flayed.

“Imran Khan says he refused to give air bases to the United States (US). But when did the US ask for the bases from you?” Fazl questioned.

“The Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) chief briefed the security meeting that the US had not asked for any bases,” Fazl maintained and blamed Imran Khan for ruining CPEC at the behest of the US.

“Imran Khan enacted draconian laws on the orders of FATF. Imran Khan came to power with the connivance of RAW and Mossad,” Fazl blamed.

“Imran Khan thwarted all development projects. Pakistan’s budget was prepared on the orders of foreign powers,” he added.

Pervez Khattak’s brother Liaquat Khattak joins JUI-F

The ruling Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Thursday suffered another blow in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) as MPA Liaquat Khattak, brother of PTI Defence Minister Pervez Khattak, formally joined the Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F).

Liaquat Khattak, along with his son Ahad Khattak, and a large number of supporters formally joined the JUI-F during a press conference with JUI-F chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman in Islamabad.
