Karachi: One terrorist killed in police firing

KARACHI: An alleged terrorist was killed in exchange of fire with police in Karachi on late Friday night and three of his accomplices managed to escape from the scene.

According to reports, four terrorists riding on two motorcycles hurled a hand grenade on police mobile near Chakar Hotel at the Super Highway and then opened fire. Police returned the fire as a result one terrorist was killed while the other three managed to escape.

While talking to media, SSP Malir said that two police officials were also injured in exchange of fire with terrorists. The injured policemen were identified as ASI Hayat and constable Azmat. He also said that police mobile was partially damaged in the attack.
