Kartik Aaryan and Jacqueline Fernandez to likely work together in sequel of ‘Chashme Baddoor’

Monitoring Desk

MUMBAI: Just when fans were disheartened with the news of Kartik Aaryan and Jacqueline Fernandez’s Kirik Party Hindi remake being shelved, here we have some good news.

If the latest reports are to be believed, the two actors will be seen together for the first time in the Chashme Baddoor sequel. According to an entertainment portal, the producers of the film have reached out to both Kartik and Jacqueline with the script and seem pretty confident about having them on board for the sequel. We hear that the actress has already expressed her liking towards the story and will soon sign the dotted line.

The same was confirmed by a source saying, “The producers want Kartik because he will not only add value to the project but make it a bankable feature. His films are doing 80-100 crore business now and he is also instrumental in driving such films. Chashme Baddoor is also in that funny, happy comedy space which he’s brilliant in. They have initiated talks with him. Once he returns from the second schedule of Aaj Kal from Udaipur, he will formally meet the director and decide on whether he wants to be a part of the film.”

If all goes well, it would be interesting to see Kartik and Jacqueline’s fresh pairing on the big screen. A glimpse of their chemistry we have seen in a commercial and we sure want to see them together in this sequel of Chashme Baddoor.

Stay tuned for more updates on the same.
