Kashif pledges to tackle crime, terrorism in Peshawar

PESHAWAR: In a bid to fortify the security landscape of Peshawar, Kashif Zulfiqar has taken the helm as the new Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Operations. Since stepping into his role, Kashif has wasted no time in initiating a series of strategic measures aimed at curbing street crimes and thwarting terrorism threats looming over the Capital.

With a firm resolve to ensure the safety and well-being of the residents, Kashif Zulfiqar swiftly mobilized police forces across the district to intensify efforts in preventing street crimes.

Recognizing the pressing need for proactive measures, he embarked on a mission to formulate a comprehensive plan to combat terrorism effectively. His vision encompasses creating a secure environment conducive to peaceful living for all inhabitants of Peshawar.

One of Kashif’s paramount objectives is to root out the scourge of corruption within the ranks of the Peshawar Police. Emphasizing a zero-tolerance stance towards corruption, he underscored the importance of upholding integrity and transparency within the department.

He emphasized that the police, entrusted with safeguarding the lives and properties of the people, must remain vigilant and free from any corrupt practices.Kashif’s appointment comes at a crucial juncture as Peshawar grapples with multifaceted security challenges.

His proactive approach and dedication to fostering a culture of accountability and efficiency within the police force signal a promising step towards achieving enhanced safety and security for the city’s populace.
