MUMBAI: Not too long ago, the internet was ablaze with reports of Katrina Kaif and Mahesh Babu coming together for Telugu director, Sukumar’s, next.
It was said that Mahesh Babu has already given his nod to the film and that the filmmaker was in talks with Katrina to play the female lead in this untitled project. Considering there was no official announcement of the film, it’s now Katrina Kaif who has denied all such reports.
In a recent interview, Kat denied all such rumours and said she hasn’t signed any new film post her next – Bharat. Even though makers of this South film are said to be keen on casting Katrina as the lead, the actress has denied being part of any such film. Mahesh Babu, on the other hand, is busy shooting for Maharshi opposite Pooja Hegde. Katrina, on the other hand, is busy with Ali Abbas Zafar’s Bharat opposite Salman Khan. Bharat is slated for Eid release this year.
