Kotli United wins 4th edition of Zalmi Madrasa League

MUZAFFARABAD: Kotli United wins 4th edition of Zalmi Madrasa League, 4th edition of Zalmi Madrasa League organized by Zalmi Foundation successfully concluded at Muzaffarabad Cricket Stadium Azad Kashmir.
At the closing ceremony, chief guests, Chairman Sufi Peace Forum Pir Ali Raza Bukhari, Provincial Minister for Religious Affairs Hafiz Hamid Raza and Azad Kashmir Government Spokesperson Irfan Ashraf distributed prizes among the players.

Kotli United won the fourth edition of Zalmi Madrasa League organized by Peshawar Zalmi and Zalmi Foundation in Muzaffarabad, Azad Kashmir. Kotli United won the title by defeating Kashmir Tigers by 53 runs in the final of the event played at the beautiful Muzaffarabad Cricket Stadium in Muzaffarabad.
Muhammad Hassan was declared man of the match for Kotli United for scoring 88 runs. Earlier in the semi-finals, Kashmir Tigers defeated CB Patriots by 8 runs. In the second semi-final, Kotli United defeated NC Mauverick by six wickets.
In the closing ceremony, chief guests, Chairman Sufi Peace Forum Pir Ali Raza Bukhari, Provincial Minister for Religious Affairs Hafiz Hamid Raza and Azad Kashmir Government Spokesperson Irfan Ashraf distributed prizes among the players.
The guests on the occasion congratulated Peshawar Zalmi, Zalmi Foundation and its Chairman Javed Afridi on the successful organization of Zalmi Madrasa League and said that Peshawar Zalmi is doing a great job of promoting religious harmony and encouraging Madaris students. event like Zalmi Madrasa League emerge the positive image of Pakistan all over the world and at the same time give the students of madrassas the best opportunity to showcase their talent.
Peshawar Zalmi Chairman Javed Afridi express his happiness on successful conduct of the fourth edition of Zalmai Madrasa League in Kashmir and congratulated the Kotli United team which won the title. Javed Afridi said that the purpose of organizing Zalmi Madrasa League is to give opportunity to the students of Madrasa to express their talents and to promote religious harmony.
