KP to use AI for highways monitoring

PESHAWAR: Communications and Works (C&W) along with Pakhtunkhwa Highways Authority (PKHA) to Artificial Intelligence (AI) for monitoring of roads, on Saturday.

In this regard C&W and PKHA arranged workshop for technical staff of both departments to train them on launching of new technologies.

Chief Engineer Zulfiqar Ali, Muhammad Ibrahim and Associate CEO Engineer Jawad Diyar Khan distributed certificates and shields among participants.

Chief Engineer South Muhammed Arif and Chief Engineer Mega Projects Qudrat Ullah along with Engineer Shakir Habib, Ijaz Ahmed Khan, Zulfiqar and Engineer Shahzad Afzal Khan were also present during the workshops.

The participants stressed that using of artificial Intelligence will be helpful for both financial and human resources.
