Lawyers raid judge court, police remain spectators

ISLAMABAD: Lawyers have raided the respectable court because it gave decision against their choice whereas the policeman remained mere spectators.

Following chaos in Kutchery situated at F/8 Sector of federal capital , the matter reached to Kohisar Police Station.

According to details the local judge Shaista Khan Kundi while deciding the case against Advocate Sohail Ahmad ordered him to vacate the house on Friday.

On Saturday a group of advocates reached the court chanting slogans against the judge and besieged the court of the judge.

Following this Additional District and Sessions Judge heard the case and  while suspending the decision of the judge adjourned the proceeding.

On the other hand complying the court order judicial bailiff along with Assistant Commissioner visited E-7 to vacate illegal occupation of a house.

Meantime the lawyers came there and interrupted the bailiff. At this the bailiff called the Kohisar police and gave an application against the police and contended that on the court’s order went to take the possession of the house.

The lawyers Tayyab Ahmad, Samad, Zaib, Ali Aman, Barrister Salman and Riasat Ali Azad along with 10 other accomplices attacked the bailiff and accused the bailliff of theft whereas the house hold goods were removed from the house in the presence of the advocates. They have illegally occupied the house.

Riasat Ali Azad has threatened to kill the bailiff and the lawyers abused the court and the judge.

Later on upon the query police told that at the prayer of the judicial bailiff probe is on.
