At least 63 militants killed in military operations

KABUL: Afghan Ministry of Defense (MoD) claimed that at least 63 militants including 14 Daesh gunmen were killed in an operations conducted by Afghan security forces in the last 24 hours.

Deputy spokesman of MoD, Mohammad Radmanish told Afghan media outlet that the operations were launched in Nangarhar, Uruzgan, Farah, Kandahar and Paktia province and adding that Afghan security forces also recovered weapons and explosive devices during the operations.

However, he did not provide further details about the operations.
