LHC to take up Imran case tomorrow

LAHORE (Agencies): The Lahore High Court (LHC) has fixed Imran Khan’s disqualification case for hearing. A 3-member bench headed by Chief Justice Mohammad Amir Bhatti will hold the hearing on January 9. The larger bench includes Justice Abid Aziz Sheikh and Justice Sajid Mahmood Sethi

The Registrar’s Office has released the cause list regarding the hearing of the case. A larger bench headed by the Chief Justice will hear two different petitions related to Imran Khan’s disqualification. Justice Sajid Mehmood Sethi recommended the formation of a larger bench on the petitions related to Imran Khan’s disqualification.
