MARDAN: In a crackdown against anti-social elements, the Mardan police on Tuesday turned the table upside down on gamblers in Par Hoti and arrested 12 besides arresting a narcotics dealer. As per police report, SHO Par Hoti, Muqaddim Khan along with police team raided a gambling den in Kas Kuroona area and arrested 12 people besides recovering stake money of Rs87000.
The arrested people were identified as Habib son of Mir Wali, Khan Muhammad son of Sher Muhammad, Habibullah son Iqbal, Sher Khan son of Umar Hayat, Juma Khan son of Muhammad Alam, Nadim Khan son of Abdul Qadir, Sanaullah son of Sardar, Muhammad Fayyaz son of Abdul Ghafoor, Sultan Zeb son of Bakht Badshah, Abbas son of Mir Khawas, Temoor Shah son of Zahir Shah and Adil son of Muhammad Akbar.
