ISLAMABAD: PML-N spokesperson Maryam Aurangzeb has said that Shahzad Akbar has leveled baseless allegations against Shahbaz Sharif and if he had evidence, he would have presented it.
In his statement, she said that he challenged Shahzad Akbar to prove the allegations against Shahbaz Sharif, all his companies are declared in FBR.
She said that they use cross to fabricate these lies. Tell any company about its affiliation with Shahbaz Sharif. If there is evidence, bring out a single check in the name of Hamza Shahbaz and Shahbaz Sharif.
She said that continuous allegations were being made by the government.
She said that the government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa was involved in the Malam Jabba case but no inquiry was being held against them. It may be recalled that Special Assistant to the Prime Minister for Accountability Shehzad Akbar while addressing a press conference today said that it is not easy to avoid the evidence against Shahbaz Sharif.
She said the Sharif family’s assets had increased over the past 10 years and the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) had launched a 10-year probe against Shahbaz Sharif.
She said that it was not easy to avoid the evidence against Shahbaz Sharif and he was also appearing before the NAB. The salary of Shahbaz Sharif’s employees is not more than 18,000 but he is the owner of the company and billions of rupees were deposited in the companies of the employees. Shehzad Akbar said that Shahbaz Sharif has not given any answer to the previous questions yet while Shahbaz Sharif said that if corruption of one rupee is proved then he will quit politics. She said that a company was also formed in the name of an employee of Sharif Fed Mill. Black money hindi was sent out of reference and ordered through TTs. Shahbaz Sharif is misleading with strange statements. The Special Assistant asked Shahbaz Sharif to explain how Rs 450 million was transferred to Rashid Karamat’s account. The salary of those in whose name the companies are formed is Rs. 18,000 to Rs. She said that TTs were the reason for the sharp increase in the assets of Shahbaz Sharif Instead of going against me, they went after a journalist. There is evidence against Shahbaz Sharif.
