Maryam Nawaz call off planned London visit for NA-120 by-polls

LAHORE: Maryam Nawaz cancelled her planned visit to London for the continuing of uninterrupted political campaign for NA-120 Lahore seat, as the Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf is planning to go Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) against Marwyam Nawaz for using Chief Minister Secretariat to run the election campaign of her mother.

She presided over the meeting on the second consecutive day of the ruling local bodies elected members of the constituency  at CM Secretariate of Model Town and directed them to work day and night for the success of Kulsoom Nawaz as she is in London for undergoing treatment of her ailment.

Sources said that Maryam Nawaz will start visiting the whole constituency after the Eid and will remain among the workers till the 2018 elections and she also cancelled the visit to see her ailing mother in London with the aim to run her campaign.

Sahrif family apparently not trusting anyone else to run the election campaign in the NA-120 which was vacant after Nawaz Sharif disqualified in the Panama case by Supreme Court last month and Maryam cancel the visits as they were not trusting and also she is active and ambitious in politics, so she refused to take chances in this regard.
