Maryam: PTI received massive foreign funding from abroad

ISLAMABAD: Thousands of PDM protesters gathered outside ECP Office in Islamabad today. The meeting was addressed by Vice President PML- N, Maryam Nawaz, JUI-F Chief Maulana Fazl-Ur-Rehman, Raja Pervaiz Ashraf-PPP, Mian Iftikhar Hussain ANP, Mahood Achkzai, Aftab Ahmed Sherpao and others.

PML-N Vice-President, Maryam Nawaz said they have gathered outside the ECP office to remind it of its constitutional responsibilities.

She said the election commission is a constitutional institution and it belongs to all Pakistanis. She said that Imran khan declared only 5 bank accounts, whereas, State Bank of Palkistan revealed 23 bank accounts of PTI. She asked the ECP, why it is failed to conclude PTI foreign funding case in more than six years.

“Do you know how did the money come into the PTI and Imran Khan’s accounts? It came through hundi,” Maryam said of the foreign funds allegedly received by the ruling party.

“He received massive funds from two countries,” she stated “One is India and the other is Israel.

Iftikhar Hussain Shah ANP said that we have to bring rule of justuce in our country.

According to him, we have to accomulate the disadvantaged segments of our country to strenthened our nation.

Aftab Ahmed Sherpao said that Imran Niazi preseted 5 bank accounts to ECP and State bank of Pakistan provided 23 accounts of Imran Niazi. So, he became disqualifed before the election.

Raja Pervaiz Ashraf said that people of Pakistan gathered in front of ECP to tell it that PTI foreign funding case is pending for six years, when it will get conclusion. Imran Niazi you made three instead of two or one Pakistan. He demanded that ECP should deliver its verdict in PTI foreign funding case.

The money in PTI accounts was transfered through hundi from abroad particularly from India and Israel.

The money was poured into the personal accounts of Imran Khan and his servants. Now, IK is saying that this legality was done by the PTI agents not himself.
