‘Media shows situation worse’

KABUL (Agencies): A US representative called the current situation in Afghanistan contrary to what is published in the western media and the situation is shown incorrect.
Spokesman of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, Zabihullah Mujahid, met with the former representative of the US Embassy, Ron McCann, who has recently arrived in Afghanistan, to discussed a number of important issues.
During the meeting, the former US representative called the current situation in Afghanistan contrary to what is being published in the Western media and the situation is shown inaccurately.
The spokesman of Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, Zabihullah Mujahid, says that former representative has traveled to a number of provinces and look for ways to help in education and training and some other humanitarian fields.
In the meantime, some countries of the world have made similar statements to the US representative and called the situation in Afghanistan good.
