Meera appears to fan of Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz

LAHORE : Ace Lollywood actor Meera appears to be a fan of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz, with comments that she was impressed to know her commitment to people’s welfare. 

The ‘drama queen’ was speaking to the media in Lahore. The actress said she was greatly impressed with the chief minister as she was working day and night for the welfare of the masses. 

To a question, the actor said she wanted to complete a hospital project and she needed partners for the execution of the public welfare project. 

Denying any plan for joining politics with the launch of this project, the actress said she never thought of taking part in politics or launching any political party. 

Asked about her arm fracture, the artiste who was a household name said that she was recovering and getting better day by day. 

Meera is labelled a ‘drama queen’ by netizens who say she does stunts to get fame and remain in limelight. The actor a few months ago suffered a bone fracture during her shooting in northern areas. 

With her fall, she drew interesting comments on social media with some were of the view that it was a deliberate falling to get fame and some said she did not need to injure herself for such acrobat because she already ruled the hearts of her fans.
