Meeting reviews progress of record room digitalization

Peshawar : The Chief Secretary Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Muhammad Azam Khan during a meeting regarding digitalization of District Record Room of Mardan District has directed Deputy Commissioner Mardan to prepare modalities for issuance of domiciles to the people at their door steps and send it to CS office so that the same may be shared with all the DCs of the province for the facilitation of masses. He further directed to open bank counters at Services Delivery Centres (SDCs), establish facilitation disks at SDC and provide branchless banking facility to people at SDC.

He was further directed to upload the visual of such training on the website of board of revenue. DC Mardan was asked to convert some posts of Patwaris into services delivery officials (Computer Operators) and the case may be tackled with Finance Department. On the occasion SMBR was also directed to consult law department for hiring a team of lawyers to assist the Services Delivery Centre.
