KABUL (BNA): The Acting Minister of Urban Development and Housing emphasized in the development program that commitment and expertise are fundamental prerequisites for effective management.
At the closing ceremony of a leadership development program organized by Administrative Reforms and Civil Services, Sheikh Hamdullah Nomani, Acting Minister of Urban Development and Housing, stressed the importance of commitment and expertise in management.
The Acting Minister Nomani stated that officials and employees should possess not only expertise and skills but also humility and sincerity, refraining from arrogance and always prioritizing the satisfaction of the Almighty Allah in all work matters.
Furthermore, Mufti Shahzad Noor Rashid, the Head of Administrative Reforms and Civil Services, reiterated that in such training programs, government employees, equipped with enhanced management and leadership skills, will effectively oversee departments, thereby contributing to improved governance.
Officials from the Administrative Reforms and Civil Services reported that a total of 324 employees from various ministries and departments underwent training in two sessions of the leadership development and practical management skills training program.
