KABUL (BNA): Mullah Hamidullah Akhundzada, the Acting Minister of Transport and Aviation, met with Hasan Kazemi Qomi, the special envoy of the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran for Afghanistan and the Iranian ambassador in Kabul.
They discussed the expansion of ground and air transport communications between the two countries.
The Ministry of Transport and Aviation stated that the meeting focused on ongoing transportation collaborations, facilitating further developments in ground and air transportation, increasing Afghanistan’s exports to Iran via road and rail transport, and utilizing the Cha Bahar port for the export and import of Afghan commercial goods.
