Minor boy injured in IED blast in North Waziristan

PESHAWAR: At least one minor boy was killed and his brother was injured after an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) exploded in North Waziristan on Thursday.

According to local, two brothers were playing in a village of North Waziristan and suddenly the IED exploded in a result five-year-old succumbed to injuries and the 8-year-old sustained injuries and shifted to Tehsil Headquarters Hospital (THQ) Mir Ali.

Earlier on Tuesday night, two Pakistani soldiers were martyred in Idak village of North Waziristan after their vehicle came under attack. Three soldiers also injured during the attack.
