MNA Ali Raza Abidi sends resignation to NA speaker Ayaz Sadiq

KARACHI: Member National Assembly (MNA) of Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan (MQM-P), Ali Raza Abidi sent his resignation to the National Assembly speaker Ayaz Sadiq on Monday.

MNA Abidi said on his Twitter account showed the resignation letter and adding that he resigning from the national assembly seat and he sent his resignation to NA speaker Ayaz Sadiq. MNA Abidi has an appointment with the speaker on November 15 to verify his resignation in person.

MQM-P lawmaker announced his resignation from Iraq on a twitter after MQM-P announced an electoral alliance with the Pak Sarzameen Party (PSP).

He added that many reasons behind his resignation including couldn’t do much for my constituents and Karachi, Census results, LG powers and adding that can’t be a part of electoral alliance with PSP.

He then stated, “My apologies to all”.
