Mohmand Dam Contract: Ayesha Gulalai knocks NAB’s door

F.P. Report

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf-Gullalai (PTI-Gulalai) chief Ayesha Wazir Gulalai on Tuesday submitted an application in the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) against awarding contract of Mohmand Dam to the company of Adviser to Prime Minister on Trade.

The application was filed by Ayesha Wazir Gullalai and other party members.

Talking to media on the occasion, she said that she met the anti-graft agency’s chairman and handed him the application against the prime minister’s adviser.

The estrange PTI leader asked the Prime Minister Imran Khan to tell how his adviser’s company awarded contract of the dam, adding that the adviser took advantage of his position.

Gulalai went on to say that the anti-graft agency is fighting jihad against corruption in the country and the Bureau’s chairman Justice (r) Javed Iqbal is conducting investigations without any discrimination.

The people would lose its confidence over NAB, if transparent investigations into the Mohmand Dam contract weren’t conducted.
