More than 581 new cases reported in last 24 hours

ISLAMABAD: The national tally of the infections from the coronavirus reached to 14,000 while 581 new cases and 11 new deaths reported in last 24 hours as Punjab is leading the highest number of infection with a figure 5,526 the statistics shows on the Ministry of National Health Services (NHS) revealed.

The ministry statistics mentioned that till yet a total of 150,756 screening of the suspects has been done while 6,391 fresh screening done in last 24 hours across the country.

Punjab the country biggest province is leading more number of infections since  the outbreak of the novel deadly virus and the total number of infected patients reached to 5,526 on Monday, Sindh have second highest number of the infection which tally is 4,996, KP reported 1,984 confirmed infection till yet, Baluchistan has reported 781 infections, Gilgit Baltistan reported 318 cases, Islamabad has reported 245 cases while AJ&K reported less number of 59 cases since the outbreak of the covid-19.

The national tally of the deaths in country reached to 292 on Monday while Khyber Pukhtunkhwa reported highest number of deaths which are 104, Sindh reported second highest number of deaths 85, Punjab have more number of infections but on death row the province is on 3rd number with a total deaths of 84, Baluchistan reported 13 deaths,  Islamabad reported 6 deaths while Gilgit Baltistan reported 3 deaths while AJ&K didn’t report any death till yet.

Since the outbreak of the coronavirus in the country in last 24 hours the country reported 581 new cases of infection in which Sindh is leading the highest number of infections as 381 new cases reported in the province.

Punjab leading highest number of infection but since 24 hours their infections ratio is low compare to Sindh and the province reported only 80 cases in last 24 hours. Khyber Pukhtunkhwa reported 120 new confirmed cases while Baluchistan reported 59 fresh cases in past twenty four hours.

In recovery phase while Punjab reported highest number of infection and till yet a total of 1,183 patients recovered from the infection, 872 patients recovered in Sindh from infection, 515 persons recovered in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 176 patients recovered in Baluchistan, 219 recovered in Gilgit Baltistan, 35 recovered in AJ&K while 29 total patients recovered in federal capital Islamabad from the infection of the deadly coronavirus.
