Murad Raas: Vaccination of 5.6m students of public schools completed

LAHORE: Punjab School Education Minister Murad Raas said that vaccination of 5.6 million children over the age of 12 years have been completed in the public schools, on Monday.

Nine percent of children in public schools are yet to be vaccinated, while 15 percent of children in private schools also yet to be vaccinated.

Murad Raas said that 91 percent of students in government schools and 87 percent of children in private schools have been vaccinated.

“Punjab education authorities are in contact with the health department for the vaccination of remaining children,” he added.
