Murtaza Wahab rejects reports of lockdown relaxation in Sindh

F.P. Report

KARACHI: Spokesperson of Sindh government Murtaza Wahab has clarified that Sindh has not relaxed lockdown in the province.

In a video statement released by him, Barrister Murtaza Wahab explained exemptions of shops and said that Sindh as well as federal government has not allowed barbers, tailors, laundry, sanitary and other shops to open.

Murtaza Wahab said that announcement of Prime Minister Imran Khan created an impression that lockdown has ended.

He said that Sindh has allowed construction and export industries to open on insistence of PM Imran; however, both industries have to comply with all SOPs.

Spokesperson said that human lives are more important for us and urged owners of milk, grocery, medical and vegetable shops to practice social distancing.
