KARACHI: Spokesperson of Sindh Government and Advisor for Law, Environment & Coastal Development Barrister Murtaza Wahab on Thursday has said that there is no government writ in the country and demanded that Prime Minister should go to Quetta and share grief of Hazara Community.
While commenting on the idea of Prime Minister of “state of Madinah” he said that our Prime Minister claims the state of Madinah, but the process is the opposite. The Prime Minister should put his ego aside and go to the Hazara community and share their grief. It has become impossible for the people to live under the rule of incompetents, Wahab added.
He expressed these views while talking to media after the inauguration of DMC Girls Elementary School in Hazara Colony. Whereas residents of the area expressed their immense gratitude a to the Sindh government over the inauguration of the newly constructed girls’ school.
Barrister Murtaza Wahab stated that all the work of the said school has been done by DMC South District.
He also maintained that, some people come like rain and leave with votes but do nothing for the voters and forget them after work. Yes, but the slogan of the PPP is that whether it gets votes or not, it never leaves its people alone.
Wahab was also of the view that PPP had promised in the elections to rebuild this school which has been fulfilled today.
The ground here was dilapidated and today the Sindh government has also started work on this ground. Barrister Murtaza Wahab said that people should beware of rain frogs which do nothing to fulfill their promises. People’s houses were demolished by promising to build houses.
He also called for support and said that now is the time for you to support Bilawal Bhutto Zardari so that development work can continue. While responding to a question he added that, Barrister Murtaza Wahab said that a youth was killed in Islamabad and on the other hand people of Hazara community were brutalized. There is no government writ there either, he claimed.
He criticized Prime Minister and said that If our Prime Minister talks about the state of Madinah, then go to Quetta and share his grief.
Wahab also remarked that the PTI government’s double standard is that the Prime Minister should put an end to his ego and go to the Hazara community and ask for their tears.
When such an incident took place in 2013, then Prime Minister Raja Pervez Ashraf had reached Quetta and shared the grief of the bereaved. Chairman PPP Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has reached Quetta and expressed solidarity with his Hazara brothers and shared their grief, he said.
