ISLAMABAD: The wife of JKLF leader Mohammad Yasin Malik has alleged that the Indian government is planning to commit a judicial murder of her husband.
In a tweet on Saturday, Mushaal Hussein Mullick said “My video message in English against the fabricated charge sheet filed against Mohammad Yasin Malik in TADA court by Indian Authorities to plan a judicial murder freedom for kashmir free political prisoners free Yasin Malik.”
A few days ago Indian authorities filed a charge-sheet against Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) leader Yasin Malik and nine others in a special Terrorist And Disruptive Activities (TADA) court in the 1990 kidnapping of Rubaiya Sayeed, daughter of the then Union home minister Mufti Muhammad Sayyed. In April 2019, Malik was arrested by the Indian authorities in connection with a so-called terror-funding case.
The development happened a month after JKLF was banned by the Indian government. Mushaal Hussein Mullick, a human rights activist and wife of Kashmiri leader Yasin Malik, also recently urged the global community to act responsibly against Indian ‘war crimes’ in the illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir and India should stop human rights violations in the valley.
She said it is highly unfortunate that India has illegally detained Kashmiri political leadership and India is playing dirty games to suppress the indigenous freedom movement but voice of innocent kashmiris cannot be suppressed through brute force.
She said the Indian troops are torturing our youth and martyring them in fake encounters and Modi regime is allowing illegal settlements to change the demographic composition of IIOJK.
The overall Kashmir is in worst condition where under severe cold kashmiri people are suffering hard due to unavailability of internet and gas, she added.
