ISLAMABAD: Chairman NAB, Justice Javed Iqbal has sought complete details of Inquiries, Investigations and under trial Corruption Refer-ences filed in the respective Accountability Courts by NAB and sought report from Operation and Prosecution Divisions of NAB.
He sought the details of as many as 499 Inquiries 287Investigations and 1,138 under trial corruption references filed by NAB in the respective Accountability Courts. He wanted to know that why these cases have not been concluded in 10 months prescribed time period as per NAB SOP and what action has been taken against the responsible officers on failure to conclude logically all under process cases.
