F.P. Report

ISLAMABAD: Chairman, National Accountability Bureau (NAB), Justice (Rtd) Javed Iqbal showed displeasure over the pending corruption cases expressed after passage of 17 years.

This he said while presiding a meeting of the NAB senior officials. He said that it is very unfortunate that after 17 years still some corruption cases are pending and the corrupt people are enjoying the looted money and NAB officials were only doing a spectator job in this regard which will not work anymore.

Chairman NAB promised that the bureau will be clean from all the corrupt and ineligible officers and adding that those officers who showing negligence towards their duties such officers will not be tolerated within the bureau.

Javed Iqbal warned all ineligible officers to correct themselves and gave an ultimatum for the last time and no one is above law including me.
