NAB determined to eliminate corruption from society: Justice (retd) Javed Iqbal

F.P. Report

LAHORE: Chairman National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Chairman Justice (retd) Javed Iqbal has said that eliminating the corruption from society is not only the bureau responsibility, every individual needs to play their role and assist the department in making the corruption free Pakistan.

Javed Iqbal said this while addressing to an event at Aiwan-e-Iqbal on Monday. He said that said that NAB is a human-friendly organization and doing his job in a positive way to end the corruption from the country.

He rejected the speculations of some of the politicians that NAB becomes an obstacle in the way of country development.

NAB has recently launched and re-opened up several inquiries against members of the ruling party, including government ministers, and opposition parties’ members.
