ISLAMABAD: Lahore Blues comfortably won the National T20 Cup by beating Lahore whites by seven wickets with nearly three over to spare.
Lahore Whites set a target of 128 for the opponent in the stipulated 20 over as from the start of the innings, the batsmen of Lahore Whites were struggling and despite Salman Butt 62 runs, they didn’t managed to set a challenging total and give a chance to bowlers.
In reply Karachi Blues achieved the target easily in the 18th over and outclass the Lahore Whites easily.
This is the second year that National T20 Cup final has featured two sides from the same city. Last year, Karachi Blues and Karachi Whites squared off for the trophy, with the Blues coming out on top.
