CHAKWAL: Disqualified Prime Minister, Nawaz Sharif said Monday reiterated that he has never been involved in corruption and was ousted only for having Iqama.
Talking to memorial reference of Chaudhry Liaquat Ali here, he claimed that not a single penny of corruption has been proven against him and their rule during the past four years. “Let me told what corruption has done former prime minister”, Nawaz Sharif said. He justified that several issues were reemerging due to his disqualification by the apex court.
He said price-hike, terrorism and other issues have been taking place due to his disqualification, adding no proof of corruption has been proved against him in the apex court. He said Supreme Court disqualified him only for holding Iqama.
