Nawaz likely to chair PML-N meeting in London

JEDDAH: Former prime minister Nawaz Sharif once again change the plan and is now likely to go back to London from Saudi Arabia to meet the leadership of Pakistan Muslim league-Nawaz (PML-N) on Sunday.

Nawaz Sharif was expected to return to Pakistan from Saudi Arabia after performing Umra and now the sources confirms that he is likely to go back to London on Sunday.

Senior leadership of PML-N including Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi and Foreign Minister Khawaja Asif will leave for London to meet with party presidents. Sources also told CM Shahbaz Sharif and some ministers will also be part of the PML-N gathering in London.

The senior leadership of party will discuss the political affairs of the country.

Now the ousted prime minister Nawaz Sharif is expected to return to Pakistan in the start of November.

Earlier, Hasan Nawaz told media that his father Nawaz Sharif was to return to Pakistan on Wednesdau October 25 after performing Umra and to face the corruption references filed against him.

The accountability court hearing corruption references on Oct 26 against the Sharif family issued bailable warrants for former premier Sharif in two references.
